High Relocation Worldwide, Inc. acknowledges and agrees that all information relating to clients, which is provided to us in reports or data or information (collectively, the “Customer Information”), is confidential and shall be treated as confidential by High Relocation Worldwide, Inc.
We agree to exercise reasonable care in maintaining technical and organizational safeguards to protect the confidentiality of Customer Information against unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental loss, alteration, or destruction. We will only disclose Customer Information to our partners, principals, offices, directors, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advisors, representatives, and governmental entities “the Permitted Parties” that have a bona fide need to know such Customer Information.
In recognition of the confidential nature of the Customer Information, we further agree that in no event shall we sell, loan, rent, or otherwise transfer or make available or otherwise disclose or convey directly or indirectly any Customer Information to any affiliates, associates, subsidiaries or any person, except to a Permitted Parties as described herein, and that we will only use such Customer Information for purposes related to its services in conjunction with this agreement. If any customer requests, or if clients request on behalf of any customer, that we remove all personally identifiable information relating to such customer from our database and other records, we will promptly do so, unless otherwise required to maintain such information in accordance with applicable law, rule, regulation, governmental or regulatory authority, subpoena, judicial or administrative order, professional standards or legal process. We will indemnify and hold harmless clients, for any violation of its obligations under this policy.
